The services we offer
Non‑Emergency Patient Transport
planned journeys for people who are medically stable but cannot travel safely by public transport, standard taxi or private car, including hospital and outpatient appointments, day cases, admissions, discharges and transfers between services.
Hospital, Clinic & Therapy Appointments
punctual, well‑organised transport to and from hospitals, GP surgeries, clinics and therapy centres, with help for way‑finding, communication and safe handovers.
Social, Family & Special Occasion Transport
on‑clinical journeys to important life events such as weddings, funerals, graduations, religious services and community activities, delivered with the same care and risk assessment as medical journeys.
Mental Health & Complex Needs Transport

How we support you
Every journey is risk‑assessed and planned around the individual’s medical, mobility and emotional needs, in line with good practice for non‑emergency patient transport services. This means allowing extra time for unhurried pick‑ups, clear explanations, safe transfers and coordinated handovers with families, carers and professionals.
Our staff are trained in safe moving and handling, basic life support, communication with people who have learning disabilities or mental health needs, and maintaining dignity throughout the journey. Vehicles are equipped to carry wheelchairs, mobility aids and specialist equipment so that people can travel comfortably and securely.
