Advanced Flourish Transportation is based in Chatham and provides non‑emergency patient transport across the Medway Towns and surrounding parts of Kent. Medway Towns
The Medway area is made up of five main towns clustered along the River Medway: Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Strood and Rainham. We provide regular non‑emergency transport across all of these locations, including transfers between homes, hospitals, outpatient clinics and care settings.
We currently serve:
- Chatham – our base and central hub for journeys across Medway and beyond.
- Gillingham – including routes to local hospitals, community clinics and care homes.
- Rochester – historic city with strong rail links, specialist clinics and community services.
- Strood – serving residents on both sides of the river with access to Medway and wider Kent.
- Rainham – connecting homes, GP practices and community services with hospital and therapy appointments.
Surrounding Kent Locations
Beyond the Medway Towns, many patients travel to and from nearby parts of Kent for hospital care, diagnostics and specialist services. Advanced Flourish Transportation supports planned journeys to and from:
- Maidstone
- Gravesend
- Sittingbourne
- Cuxton
- Hoo Peninsula communities (for example High Halstow and Grain)
- Blue Bell Hill, Wouldham, Boxley, Bredhurst, Burham, Hartlip, Walderslade and other nearby villages.
Where capacity allows, we can also support longer‑distance journeys into wider Kent, South East London and major hospitals specified by local commissioning arrangements (such as Bromley, Bexley and central London teaching hospitals).
